Salvation
Salvation symbolically portrays Purgatory. A golden staircase rises and falls, uncertain if it leads upward or downward. On it rests a fallen angel, while above, a glowing triangle frames a guiding figure, echoing Dante’s vision of escape from Inferno.
The piece reflects on redemption — the struggle of a soul moving through hardship, sustained by faith and the hope of transcendence. It is a meditation on the power of belief and perseverance in the face of suffering.
