Lucidity
Title: "Lucidity"
Description:
The Internet has brought about significant changes in culture, giving rise to subcultures and subgenres at a rapid pace. One fascinating trend is Dreamcore. Think about those classic 50s American movies or commercials, maybe even Edward Scissorhands. The repetitive placement of identical houses gives off a dreamy, almost surreal vibe, akin to Andrew Wyeth's "Christina's World," where a disabled girl gazes up at a house on an empty field.
In this piece, I've incorporated these elements – a dreamlike reality, hands seemingly viewed from a first-person perspective, and the White House of the Liminal Sphere in the forefront. I've named this work "Lucidity."
